Remove redundant calls in swap screen

Description
Currently, a lot of calls are going to the rpc in swap screen. Need to debug whether those are actually required or are unnecessary calls.

@rohitgoyal I have reduced the initial calls on swap screen by a significant number. Please test this on staging and confirm.
