Unable to create class 'net.jeeeyul.eclipse.themes.ui.internal.ActiveThemeProcessor'

Eclipse 2019-09 fails to load the theme and remains without any theming. However, when the theme is applied from Window/Preferences, the theme is applied and seems working. The theme is set to start during startup (at Window/Preferences/Startup and Shutdown).
