[Feature Request] Ignore by module name

It would be great to have a cli flag to ignore a module name like lodash rather than dealing with the recurring ID's that pop up for it. Thanks for all the great work on this tool!
Brought on by the ever changing ids linked to the unaddressed disputed lodash issue:
