Core dump when podcast title has special characters

On adding "99% Invisible" podcast, the program dumps the core when trying to display the title. Prints "%n in writable segment detected". Removing the percent sign from the database manually fixes the issue, so it likely either occurs when retrieving the value from the database or when displaying it to the screen.
