Selected menu item highlighting disappears when screen refreshes

When the screen is refreshed to update the podcast list, add messages to the bottom of the screen, etc., this seems to remove the highlighting applied to the currently selected podcast/episode. Need to explicitly add this highlighting again whenever the screen is refreshed.

I forgot to close this, but this was fixed in commit 044dc86
