As a user being able to effectively notify people of releases would be extremely helpful.
Describe the solution you'd like:
I would like GitHub to notify the Homebridge community Discord server of releases.
Describe alternatives you've considered:
Just communicating next releases using issues but that would be done manually.
Additional context:
This item is related to #245 to improve release communication.
