Specimen Wanted Tracker

When I come across users who have encountered a rarely observed gall or especially when they've already reared an adult, it would be useful to be able to check GF directly to see if that specimen is of interest. The existing "Undescribed" toggle is inadequate in several ways. It doesn't allow us to show interest in specimens to confirm uncertain host relationships. It may also become the case that a species is undescribed for years after the specimen has been procured given the inherent delay in the description and publication process.

Like the "Undescribed" toggle, this would be something that can be indicated on the ID page results and implemented as a filter itself. Moreso than the ID filter, I am hoping this filter will be very useful in conjunction with a calendar function to help users plan when to look for desired specimens.

To implement this, on the admin side we'd need some kind of table to enter info about desired specimens. Then if anything was in that table, the indicator would appear on the gall when it appeared in ID filter results, and the specimen info would also be displayed somewhere on the gall page itself. The table could hypothetically even have a space for which lab has expressed interest in the specimen if any.
