Copy image details tool always adds at least one fewer than the number selected

Eg I just uploaded four images, typed in the info for one and copied to the rest, and only one successfully transferred. Then I did it again and one of the last two worked but one was left blank. I have to use the tool three times to transfer all the details. This is easy so not a priority bug but thought I should report. It may be that refreshing fixes this but there's usually not enough left to tell the difference.

The error the page throws is this:
