use apitome for an endpoint to host fixtures for jasmine

i modded apitome in my fork:

so that i can have a client app hit the end point for live fixtures in jasmine tests. i'll let you know when i have an example client app capable of doing so.

That's really interesting.. Since we maintain the Teaspoon project as well, this seems really promising.
