How to add Meteor M2-3

I found out where to change the sat freq but how do ya add a new sat to track?
Ive added it to gpredict so that works but NOTHING happens elsewhere and Ive also tryed to change the config files etc and all I get are errors
What are the chances of someone making a script that will just add what you want or even just that particular sat
