Hello, maintainers! 👋

By my calculations, it's time for a new release of jekyll-feed. It's been over 2 months since the last release, v0.15.1.

What else is left to be done before a new release can be made? Please make sure to update History.markdown too if it's not already updated.

@ashmaroli I was thinking it's time to release some of these changes. It looks like the GitHub Action is setup in this repository. Want to do the honors?

I want to merge #359 (if it's approved, otherwise skip it).

From the looks of https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-feed/blob/master/History.markdown#head, I'd make this a MINOR bump, so v0.16.0.
