Mastodon hyperlink should include the rel=me attribute value

Hi team, thanks for the theme.

Would it be possible to add the rel-me verification attribute to the mastodon social links for profile verification please?

I just upgraded my blog to 2.5.1 to get the new social links and I noticed that the mastodon link doesn't include it.

Hello @gomesp
This has been fixed on the base branch (master). But there has not been a release since.
If you have not customized the theme much at your end, you can consume the master branch via using the jekyll-remote-theme plugin. However, the master branch contains numerous "breaking changes" compared to the public release v2.5.1. Please read through the README on the master branch and decide if you're ready to migrate.
