[Feature request] Day of week poll without specific date

Would it be possible to add a poll option that allows to select just a day of the week without a full date?
Just Monday to Sunday and then a time. No need for a full date like Monday 6th of April etc.

Can't this be done using the poll functionality? It's not as ergonomic as it could be. But I'm also not sure how common this use case is. And if we should add specialised UI/UX for it.
