Setting 'Force transcoding of remote media sources such as Live TV' does not force transcode of live tv.

I am using the Tizen client with the latest web build. Based on my user settings of 'Force transcoding of remote media sources such as Live TV' for the frametv user, the live TV streams are not being transcoded.
I am expecting the 'SupportsDirectPlay: True' to be false based on the presence of the 'Force transcoding of remote media sources such as Live TV' setting being set.
The only way to force the transcode, is to set the client max resolution to something like 480p.

I would expect the SupportsDirectPlay to be false, as the source isRemote = true.
Logs are below and act the same between my testing on 6/11 and the newest build.
