Feature request: Provide a non-minified version for each theme

Although the .map file is available having a non-minified .css file can be handy while developing or when your CMS is alredy applying minification of the files.
I also noticed that bootswatch also provides this.

I wonder how this will affect the minification that the CMS applies since that will readily ingest a minified file and try to minify is further.

Having the non-minified version for performing different minification is not a strong point in favor of this change.
Is still nice to have a non-minified version to browse but it is no biggie.
