Pluggable Storage section not linked in navigation

Describe your use-case which is not covered by existing documentation.

Similar to #8 and #7, the Pluggable Storage section that is visible on jenkins.io is not present in the left navigation pane where it would be expected.

Again, I can add pluggable-storage and navigate to the intended URL, but it is not found in the left navigation pane.

Reference any relevant documentation, other materials or issues/pull requests that can be used for inspiration.
