Adoption scoring might be incorrect for plugins in a module of the repository

Description of the bug

Example is: mina-sshd-api-common.
The version of Mina SSHD was updated in the parent pom of the repository. No additional commit was necessary in the module as the version is management in the parent pom.

This means, the last commit on the plugin module was done 2y ago. The last release occurred 2months ago, and still the AdoptionScoring reports:

There are 577 days between last release and last commit.

This is technically true, but as the last commit was before the last release, this shouldn't be a problem.
