New releases of jx-release-version is tagged differently

There is something peculiar with the releases since v1.0.17. They are tagged differently somehow, and are not on master git history.
The last release that can be seen on master with git log is v1.0.17
Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.
