Yes, it would be nice to support gitee, I have not used it at all, and not very knowledgeable about it.
We are trying to improve our gitlab support atm, next being bitbucket cloud. After that, I can take a look at gitee.
Does that sound reasonable?

Yes, you're right. gitee.com is similar to gitlab.com
