Import repositories using the UI

We can import or add a repository to Jenkins X using the cli

jx project import

This means we need to have the cli installed to import repositories, this can be a problem in bigger organizations (compliance, security etc ...) - not a scalable solution imho.
Circle CI has a button to add a repository and other CI/CD tools have similar functionality in the UI.
