Show correct name for PR branch

In the current UI, the table has a branch column that has the name of the branch as PR-1 which should be the name of the branch for eg: dev

This needs to be fixed in go-scm/lighthouse. The branch is set here: https://github.com/jenkins-x/lighthouse/blob/e5bed56bc2a63b147ac3e63fb35f165180d9e79a/pkg/apis/lighthouse/v1alpha1/types.go#L179-L181
