Reproduction steps

Using version 1.1.7 we can upload our files to our storage account container.
After upgrading to version 373.v582b31a65906 (which should be compatible according to Jenkins Plugin Manager) the files can't be uploaded anymore due to the following error "The resource doesn't support specified Http Verb."

After upgrading the Azure Storage plugin to version 373.v582b31a65906 I also tried re-adding the "Upload artifacts to Microsoft Azure Storage" post-build action, but it didn't fix the issue.

We finally figured out what was going wrong and it appears it was not a bug but a wrong configuration.

The Azure Storage credentials (used to deploy the files to the storage account container) were configured wrong: we used the url of the static website (e.g. https://storageaccountname.z6.web.core.windows.net/) as the Blob endpoint URL which seemed to work with version 1.1.7 but didn't work anymore with the latest version of the plugin. Once we used the blob service primary endpoint (e.g. https://storageaccountname.blob.core.windows.net/) as the Blob endpoint URL the files are deployed to the storage account container successfully (using the latest version of the plugin)!
