We Use official Docker Jenkins jenkins/jenkins:lts-jdk11

Reproduction steps

multibranch projects with bitbucket-branch-source-plugin to check our PR Pull Requests from bitbucket cloud

Expected Results

update the pr build status in bitbucket cloud

Actual Results

[Bitbucket] Notifying pull request build result
Can not determine Jenkins root URL or Jenkins URL is not a valid URL regarding Bitbucket API. Commit status notifications are disabled until a root URL is configured in Jenkins global configuration.
IllegalStateException: Please use a fully qualified name or an IP address for Jenkins URL, this is required by Bitbucket cloud

Anything else?

vm does not have a public facing network interface,
have internet access through some jumps and can pull code from bitbucket cloud and build just fine

http://azjenkins:8080/ as part of local dns network and is set as global root url

when piping the port through ngrok and configuring the root url to that build status works

is this expected result? for having the jenkins url to be a private dns name?
