Agents: win10 / win Server / OSD (Ubuntu)

Reproduction steps

multibranch projects with bitbucket-branch-source-plugin to check our PR Pull Requests after merging to develop branch from bitbucket server

Expected Results

Each PR merger should create 1 build in Jenkins and display on Bitbucket.

Actual Results

When merging continuously many PRs at same time, Bitbucket only trigger Jenkins build for the latest PR.
