Support jenkins automatic upgrade in UI

What feature do you want to see added?
the directory '/usr/share/jenkins' is not writable. So jenkins automatic upgrade does not show up in the ui

This is not something we want, you update your image tag to get a new version of Jenkins.
This would be very confusing to someone running 2.289.1 tag but actually running 2.332.1
