Centos7: download Temurin's binaries instead of relying on their docker image

What feature do you want to see added?
Relying on the content of the parent image eclipse-temurin makes us loose control of what is inside the image: JAVA_HOME, packages, etc. are hard to change.
We should instead start using a multi-stage image like it's done for Alpine docker-agent.
