Initial addition of Fortify on Demand Uploader to Post-Build Steps doesn't initialize properly.

The initial addition of the Post-Build step for Fortify on Demand Uploader does not properly populate the Release dropdown of the initially selected Application. The only way for it to automatically load it is to either save the configuration and reload the page OR change the application to another option. Then the plugin populates as expected and the user can continue filling out their config settings.
