Add support for test results in notifications

We're switching from Slack to Teams, so from the slack plugin to the office365connector plugin for notifications.
The slack plugin allows to include the test results in notifications like this:

Can this already be added as a fact, and if, how (template)?
or, if not, would it be possible to add this to the configuration page similar to the slack plugin configuration?
