Classify Performance Changes in the UI

What feature do you want to see added?
In the peassOverview, performance changes should be classifyable. Thereby, it should be possible for developers to classify, that a change needs further inspection, that it was necessary due to functional requirements or security changes.
This could be either implemented by changing the action on the fly (I do not know whether this is possible) or by calling some endpoint which persists JSON to the hard disk (this still would require to read GET/POST parameters; I do not know how this is possible in a Jenkins plugin currently).
