UX bug: Clear button usability

The "Clear" button clears the chat history. It is placed in such a way that it is easily mistaken for an "OK" or "Submit" button. I worry that people (especially on mobile) will not read the button and click it after typing a question in the textbox and lose their chat history.
Currently, you need to hit the "Enter" button on a keyboard to submit the text. Adding a submit button next to the clear button would make this more usable.

New UI - I think this fixes the problem.
