Add Bing integration to pull information from the web

The current implementation pulls information from the trusted sources in Azure Table Storage only. If you want to augment this with fresh information from the internet, you could add Bing integration. We did experiment with this, and there is some code in the repo already that can help (but it is not currently being invoked).
