Prioritizing scrolls

in my case I just using recyclerlistview for listing my items as a children of Moralize.
But what I want to do is, when I tap one of the items in the RecyclerListView, I don't want to scroll inside my lister, but I want firstly snap the modalize to the top snap point then I want to continue scrolling in my lister element
