Dynamodb-toolbox v1 utility helpers are not exported

First of all, thanks a lot for the amazing work on the library

I've started using dynamodb-toolbox v1 after @ThomasAribart's article and I love it.
I'd like to use the parseProjection and parseCondition mentioned in the article but they are not exported

I will open a PR soon
