Suggestion: save position of panel

The position of the panel isn't preserved after restarting QGIS. It would be good if it was.
Actually, I'm not sure if the plugin is useful anymore.
I can't figure out how to get new annotations to show up in it. If I open an old project with existing annotations they do show up, so I'm not sure if something has changed about the way QGIS creates annotations, or if I've forgotten something.

Oh, I see. It currently only supports the "balloon" annotations - i.e. the ones in the drop-down button on the right hand end of the annotation toolbar. These work differently from the other types of annotations, so I guess there is still a use case for this plugin
