unless im missing a nuance here there is still an issue of validating that an ordinal is an authentic member of a collection.
One method that comes to mind is including public_key in the deploy inscription and each mint should contain an additional field which would be the ID that is signed with the corresponding private key. This however could also be copied.
Possibly some sort of validation manifest should be deployed after a collection is complete
