When creating a new Maze from the toobar, the name of the Maze isn't set.

When creating Maze from the toolbar, the name of the maze ends up being Null. As a result when you exit the app it tries to save to a name with no filename.

Also, The new Maze/MazeCollection that's added to the tree view isn't marked for immediate name edit.
