Default 'Open Dialog' filter should include both .mhz and .mhc files.

When opening a Maze or Maze Collection, right now the open dialog defaults to .mhz files only. The filter should be changed to include both .mhz and .mhc files and maybe change the description for them in the filter to 'Maze Files'.
