Add ability for users to submit Mazes

We will need to have functionality for users to Upload mazes to a website gallery where others can view and download the mazes.

This should now be working... there is a temporary site set up at mhp.askey.org and the latest release of the editor now allows uploading of mazes to the site along with a thumbnail.
