Add Wait Cursors on extended program actions.

Any any Open/New/Save or Load actions, put in wait cursors so that the user knows it is 'working'.

I've added wait cursors to all of the new/open/save Maze/MazeCollection operations yet for some reason only a subset of them seem to work.
I don't have time to look into this at the moment.
