[Docs]: All old Upgrade Guides before v28 to v29 are missing

(There are probably more, this is just the one that I was trying to find it from and couldn't because it was removed for some reason)
Description
I am upgrading my project from Angular 14-17 and that was super easy because their upgrade guide is so clean and concise, when I went to upgrade Jest from v26 to v29, the documentation had links to various Upgrade Guides that just don't exist anymore. If those could please be re-added so that anyone that is not on v28 yet can get to that point it would be great. Trying to find how to upgrade so much with the number of breaking changes using only those changes and the documentation is proving to be incredibly difficult.
Okay so the documentation exists, but the link here that is telling the user, Upgrading from an older version? You can see the upgrade guide from v27 to v28 here is broken. You have to first navigate to the 28.X section and then the Upgrade guide is found. That URL still needs fixed, but at least the docs exist
