update firmware to 20230707

Will it be enough to update to 20230707 and it will work on CC2652P, zStack3x0?
What is the patch file included with firmware 20230707 for?
Currently, the coordinator is working on 20230507 but the information LEDs are not working.
This firmware is adapted for JetHome Zigbee sticks. The firmware is based on the latest SDK from TI. The patch includes work with LEDs and an increase in the output power of the transmitter
So I would have to apply a patch to the firmware from Koenkk?
After trying to upload version 20230707, the coordinator does not work.
They return to 20230507 is ok. I must admit that I will not compile the firmware with the patch.
Is there any way that I can get a working LED firmware somewhere?
