Neo4j version 2.3.1 .I am trying to compact it, but getting below error
Component 'org.neo4j.kernel.NeoStoreDataSource@1cbbb85c' was successfully initialized, but failed to start. Please see attached cause exception. Failed to start Neo4j with an older data store version. To enable automatic upgrade, please set configuration parameter "dbms.allow_format_migration=true" -> [Help 1]
