Regression: Docs on RTD are Broken

The docs on https://pyee.readthedocs.com for latest are completely missing the API docs:
https://pyee.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#
I'll need to do some fiddling to figure out why this is. Maybe I need to add -e . to the requirements_docs.txt file? I think so!

I pushed out this fix and it actually worked!
