• center and make bigger the change of weight announcement
• create a notification every time the current athlete changes - with athlete name
• don't show the declarations (make it optional - default none when a marshal is present) to the announcer -- only to the jury
• hide the live decisions (make optional - none, after a delay for missing decisions, or always)
