PS/2 Keyboard not working

The keyboard LED flashed once when the power is supplied to the PICO but nothing happened any key pressed/released.
The VGA output is working and cursor was flashing.

More test is done and it is found that a native PS/2 Keyboard is working well but it is not for a USB keyboard with USB->PS/2 converter.

The USB (with PS/2 Adaptor) keyboard keep sending 0xAA to host per a few seconds. Guessing it expects response (e.g. 0xAA?) or rest command to the keyboard before it stops this. Since it is not common to PS/2 keyboard, it is better to close this issue for focusing on the emulation part.
