Please update/sync to newest version of JFreeChart

Please update/sync to newest version of JFreeChart and update artifacts on Maven Central. There is a pull request (#1 ) that someone made to handle at least one of the needed updates. Thanks for making such a great product freely available.

SWT is not an area that I work on much, but just for fun I've dusted off the SWTGraphics2D class and tested it with my new Graphics2D Tester framework. I'm applying some fixes and will release a new version of SWTGraphics2D soon, then make a new release of JFreeChart SWT.

That would be very cool and appreciated. While I realize SWT is not as heavily used as it used to be, it still represents the best way to get exposure to native widgets from Java. Thanks again.
