No error displayed when Free Tier account is disactivated

Describe the bug

When XRay API is not available due to a Free Tier account being deactivated, there is no error message displayed in the plugin. Instead - it just says that it found no results.

To Reproduce
Try and use the plugin with a deactivated account.
I assume that an invalid account will be similar, but didn't test.

Expected behavior
The plugin presents an error message indicating that it cannot connect to or use the API.

If the account is deactivated - a link to reactivate would be nice as well.

  • JFrog IDEA plugin version: 1.16.0
  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Xray version: Whatever is on the free tier
