Describe the bug
This link at the bottom of the job summaries:
links to an anchor that doesn't exist.
Current behavior
Jumps to an invalid anchor:
https://github.com/jfrog/setup-jfrog-cli/blob/master/README.md#github-job-summaries

Expected behavior
It looks like the right anchor is:
