Plastidip the wheels

Since it's going to be a while till I have 💰 for wheels in #20, I figure one good way to improve the look of the current wheels and overall appearance of the car is to plastidip the wheels. It's cheap, easy, and will look a ton better than the wheels as stock aluminum.
