Accents in YAML files ?

Hi,
First of all thanks for this amazing work.
I'm having a bit of an issue though. I don't seem to be able to have accents or any special character in the .yml files.
Should I replace every accent, colons etc I have by their encoding in html or is there a simpler way to do so ?
I've looked it up online and wasn't able to find any solution... :/

Hmm, I'm really not familiar enough with YAML to be able to provide a helpful answer. I'll leave this open and if you find the answer, would you post it here for posterity? If I can find some time to do some research as well, I will do the same.
